Description

A prime location by the sea in a bay, with panoramic views. It is a fisherman's house completely renovated in an authentic Dalmatian style, all in stone and wooden furniture, open towards the outside with its 4 terraces and panoramic views, as many intimate corners. Perfectly integrated into the landscape, it offers holidaymakers a peaceful haven in the middle of nature.
It includes a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. It has been renovated in a traditional type with wood as dominant material, and has all the comforts possible in this type of house: indoor shower, internet access.
Useful information:
- electricity is provided by solar panels, it is sufficient for basic use (no washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven ...)
- the water comes from a tank
- access to the house: by boat only.
- transfer included, insured by the owner with his own boat. If you have your own boat or rental boat, count 5 to 15 minutes depending on the power of the engine. An attachment point for boat is available in front of the house and pets are allowed.
The owner is a 'local', he is welcoming and available, he will give you all the information you want and may sell you his olive oil, local wine and raki (domestic alcohol).
You will also enjoy the advantages of Brac Island, a varied island that has remained authentic and where you can find many sporting and cultural activities, visit varied places and discover the traditions.
An ideal house for lovers of tranquility and freedom, lovers of the sea and the nature, to spend holidays with family or friends.
