Description
All the charm of a house with it's private beach, shaded by pines and facing south, for these three apartments each with its own entrance indépendante.Le peace and quiet of a small hidden bay , full sea view . The house comprises 2 apartments on the 1 st floor and 1 apartment as a house in the garden , each perfect for 4 people. The owner occupies the ground floor. A small staircase leads through the garden to the creek. There is opportunity to hang a small boat, a boat is available.
Apartment 1 ( 4 persons ): left watching the sea , 2 bedrooms ( 1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) with bay window overlooking a large balcony sea side, a bathroom and kitchen.Terrasse on side sea view and garden.
Apartment 2 ( 4 or 5 persons ): on the right looking at the sea, it has a double bedroom + living room serving as bedroom with 1 double and 1 single sofa bed, each room with its bay window large balcony overlooking the sea side , a bathroom with bath and kitchen. Terrace side sea view and garden.
Apartment 3 ( 4 persons ): below, as an independent house on the ground floor it also comprises two double bedrooms ( one with double bed, one with two single beds ), kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and a terrace on the sea side.
A common space : sheltered and airy with barbecue , table and chairs , is available on the side of the house , a relaxation and conviviality where it never gets too hot. Small dogs are allowed on request in the apartment 3 .
Prizba is a seaside village 10 km from Blato , 18 km from Vela Luka , the two main cities of the region. You can easily visit the island of Korcula, the asphalt road is easy and convenient , Prizba is a very pleasant and interesting place in spring and autumn , with its sunny days and mild climate .

Aménagement intérieur pas très moderne mais compensé par la belle vue mer. Grand plus: les pieds dans l'eau avec la crique juste en bas. Très bien positionné pour à la fois se détendre tranquillement et visiter l'île. Propriétaire super sympa.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet endroit. La chambre est très lumineuse, avec une superbe vue sur la mer et la plage est une petite crique privée au pied des marches dans le jardin, un grand plus. Un bel endoit tranquille pour passer un séjour en famille. On a fait de belles excursions sur l'île, on recommande. Et la propriétaire parle un peu français, plus facile pour communiquer

La maison est très bien située, la petite crique est magnifique et plutôt au calme. Les appartements situés au-dessus de la propriétaire sont corrects rapport qualité/prix. En revanche l'appartement située en contrebas, qui est certes moins cher, doit impérativement être rénové, les boiseries, portes, robinetteries sont en mauvais état. Il faudrait aussi préciser qu'il faut traverser chaque pièce pour aller dans la suivante. Et il serait indispensable d'y installer aussi la climatisation et de changer les moustiquaires qui sont percées. Nous avons souffert des moustiques. La propriétaire est charmante et de bonne volonté.
