Description

The house is in a quiet and green environment, 50 m from the sea with terrace and garden, for relaxing holidays. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with a kitchen , two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub.The covered terrace has access to the garden with barbecue and overlooks a beautiful view of the sea and Zadar.

The pier Preko is 5 minutes walk away and the ferry made the crossing throughout the day to Zadar (20-25 minutes), which is very practical.The island Ugljan is crossed by a road that connects all the villages in the middle of rural landscapes and has many coves; there are hiking trails and biking trails for all levels and is connected by a bridge to Pasman...Sailing, diving and even hunting in October complement activities. On both sides of Preko, there is a long walk along the sea and for swimming there are coves, rocks, gravel beaches... You will also enjoy traditional local festivals.
