Cycle race: Tour of Croatia from 19 to 24/04/2016.
For the second year professional cycling teams will compete in 6 stages throughout Croatia:
- Stage 1: Starting the19/04 in Osijek, arrival in Varazdin, distance 230 kms in northeastern Croatia.
- Stage 2: 20/04 from Plitvice National Park to Split, distance 240 kms.
- Stage 3: 21/04 from Makarska to Sibenik, 191kms through the hinterland of central Dalmatia.
- Stage 4: 22/04 from Crikvenica to Ucka, 122 kms in the Kvarner region.
- Stage 5: 23/04 from Porec to Umag, 40 kms on the istrian roads.
- Stage 6: 24/04 from Sveti Martin to Zagreb, arrival city of the tour.
These are 6 different stages through the natural beauties of a large part of Croatia and which highlight the diversity of the country: the plains, the mountains, the coast, the cities ...
