Description

Betina is a village of maritime tradition, built on a peninsula of the island of Murter, specialized in the construction of traditional wooden boats and has two marinas. It is at the entrance of Kornati islands.
The house is 250 meters from the village center, in a small quiet street and set back in the garden. On one side the village, on the other side the beach. The owners live in a house on the same property.
The apartments are functional and spacious, each with its privacy and separate entrance.
On the groundfloor: 2 apartments for 2 to 4 people, each with a double bedroom and a living room with sofabed, a small covered terrace for dining.
Another entrance leads to a stair case leading1 apartment for 6-8persons 1st floor and1 apartment for 5-7people at the top:
Apartment 1: 3 double bedrooms (one with double bed and the others with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms,1 living room with sofa bed and dining area, 1 separate kitchen. There is also one private covered terrace accessed on the landing, an open air dining room.
Apartment 2: 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, 1 living room with sofabed. Complete equipment and nice terrace.
With easy access ( the island of Murter is connected to the mainland by a bridge), you can travel around the region to Sibenik, Zadar, Krka National Park...in addition to water sports and excursions to the National Park Kornati. On site you will find boat rentals and diving clubs.
A good quality / price ratio for a pleasant holiday in the middle of the village life on an island of great maritime tradition.
