Description

No need to go around the world to make experience of holiday home Robinson. On the island of Ugljan, opposite Zadar, a small stone house for 4 people is nestled in the bay Svitla, a protected bay from all winds, accessible by boat or car, in which case it will remain in the parking lot 10 minutes walk from the house. The boat can be hung on the dock in the small natural harbor in front of the house. Possibility of arrangement with the owner to transfer or food supply. With a boat, you can easily get on the island of Iz, in front, which offers all the amenities in its two main villages: Mali Iz and Veli Iz, an island covered with olive groves
The house has two bedrooms (one with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), kitchen with large terrace overlooking the sea, a toilet and a shower in all extérieure.Comme Robinson houses, comfort is simple, the water comes a tank (use sparingly) and is heated by the sun, solar power provides electricity for lights and electronics batteries (tel. ..) and the fridge runs on gas.
To live to therhythm of the sun, freedom, harmony with nature walks, fishing, sea .. Take time to relax, soak up the natural surroundings, listen to natural sounds ... Crossing the island, 3 km, you reach the village of Preko where the ferry that takes you to Zadar in 25 minutes. Enjoy the surroundings of nature! The owner has another small house Robinson in the same bay, the combination of two suitable to accommodate 6 people.

Accès un peu difficile mais quelle récompense!! Prevoir l approvisionement pour la semaine maisonnette ok tout le nécessaire de base ok une terrasse avec vue top rien a redire merci

Za robinzonsko namestitev, kot izhajamo iz prejšnjih izkušenj, se odločamo predvsem zaradi mira in osamitve. V zvezi nastanitve v tem letu pa ravno tega ne moremo reči. Po opisu v brošuri naj bi to bila zelo mirna lokacija odmaknjena od ljudi, kar pa je vse prej kot to. Vsakodnevno kopičenje turistov na pomolu pred hišo, ki so prihajali peš in s čolni, je zadnje kar se pričakoval glede na opis hiše.
Pozitivna stvar so bili le domačini, predvsem lastniki vseh treh hiš v zalivu, ki so se nadvse trudili, da bi vsaj bivanje bilo prijetno. Kar se tiče hiše bi jo osebno ocenil za odlično. Sama lokacija kar se tiče miru pa nezadovoljivo.

La maison bénéficie d'une situation paradisiaque avec très peu de "voisins". L'endroit est idéal pour retrouver le contact avec la nature. En revanche, la beauté de l'endroit est la rançon de son succès et il y a beaucoup de passage durant la journée. Evitez le ponton et préférez les grandes dalles de rochers naturels un peu plus loin, pour plus de calme et de sérénité.
La cuisine d'été et la gentillesse d'Ivan sont aussi des points forts. Attention à voyager "léger" (pas de grosses valises ni trop de ravitaillement) si le transfert vers la maison se fait à pied :15min de vrai chemin de montagne sont à prévoir avec de vraies chaussures de marche!
Attention également à la consommation d'eau: prévoir 2 tours quotidien de seaux d'eau de mer pour les WC , et attention aussi à la capacité limitée en eau douce (limite atteinte à 5pers en 5jours) qui a nécessité un réapprovisionnement. Merci Milan!
Je recommande ce logement, qui est pour moi dans le vrai esprit Robinson!
