International Trekking Race on 5/03/2016 in Pasman, island of the region Zadar.
As one of extreme sports, trekking Pasman takes place in an environment of rocks and stones of the wilderness of the island.
A large sports meeting in joy and good mood, an orienteering race in the wild that ends with a meal and music.
With every year more participants from all the Croatia but also other countries, this sports event knows a great success. The principle is to make a race through the island, with a detailed map and respecting points required. Participants can choose between 3 difficulty levels: Ultra (about 40km), Light (about 20km) and walk (10 km). Basic equipment is required: compass, cell phone, etc.
On arrival at Tkon, participants gather for a big party around a typical meal, the medals are given to the winners, in joyful ambiance. It's both a sports day and a moment of exchange and conviviality.
